No part of our Content may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited for any commercial purpose without express written permission.

3. Project Specifications & Disclaimers

While we endeavor to provide accurate representations of our capabilities and past performances, the information provided on our platforms does not constitute a formal engineering consultation or a binding contract. Formal engagements are subject to independent, site-specific contracts governed by standard FIDIC or custom EPC agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

ArtSpec Group, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on informational content provided herein prior to formal contractual engagement.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Ghana. ArtSpec Group and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
