Tarkwa Goldfields needed a monumental clarifier tank system to scale their processing capacity. The project demanded extreme scale and precision, involving extensive deep earthworks, massive reinforced concrete foundations, and the intricate assembly of huge steel structures under constant operational pressure.
ArtSpec deployed a massive fleet of heavy machinery and specialized civil engineering teams to execute the deep foundations. We managed the pouring of thousands of cubic meters of concrete, followed by the precision lifting and welding of the colossal steel clarifier components using high-capacity crawler cranes.
The mega-clarifier was successfully erected and commissioned, drastically increasing the mine's processing throughput and cementing its position as one of the highest-yield operations in the region.
