As national energy demands surged, Ghana Gas required a rapid, large-scale expansion of their processing and distribution infrastructure. This involved laying extensive high-pressure pipe networks, constructing large manifold stations, and integrating heavy-duty compression equipment across rugged terrain while ensuring absolutely zero margin for error.
We executed a multi-phased engineering rollout. Our teams handled everything from the complex civil groundwork and anti-corrosive structural support erection to the intricate high-pressure welding and NDT testing of the expansive manifold systems. We seamlessly integrated the new expansion with the live national grid.
The expanded infrastructure successfully boosted the national gas distribution capacity, ensuring reliable, continuous energy supply for major downstream power generation facilities across the country.
